Celebrating Truth and Reconciliation Day on the Tsuut'ina Nation
Wednesday, September 21, 2022
4:30pm - 9:00pm

Join us for an exciting SKAL experience that includes stops at Tsuut’ina Nation including Western Canada’s newest and largest sportsplex – 7 Chiefs Sportsplex & Chief Jim Starlight Centre, the Cultural Museum, and Dodginghorse Ranch.  Our final stop and place for a wonderful and casual dinner.

Spanning 1,200 acres, Taza is one of the largest First Nation development projects in North America. With three distinct Villages, its legacy encourages economic prosperity, entrepreneurial spirit, and a shared vision for the future. Taza is founded on a set of standards that define an innovative framework to champion Tsuut’ina and all Indigenous communities to further transform and thrive. The poeple of

Tsuut’ina stand humbly rooted as a culture of progression and innovation. They are proud and resilient, with a fortitude strengthened by the preservation of language, traditional knowledge and lived experience passed down through generations.

Our final stop is DH Ranch – where our hosts welcome everyone to escape into nature. Situated on 25 acres of land, its natural landscape includes wide-open spaces, and a natural forest which includes the Fish Creek. Breathe the fresh air, unplug, and enjoy a delicious dinner set in nature.
